Biography

Antonia Mottironi is the founding partner of Ardenter Law, a Geneva-based law firm. She specialises in international asset recovery, notably in connection with contentious insolvency and business crime, and has extensive experience in international disputes involving common law jurisdictions and/or foreign arbitral tribunals.

She assists and represents before Swiss Courts and authorities creditors, foreign insolvency office holders and persons affected by economic crimes.

With recognised technical, strategic and interpersonal skills, her practice is based on a close relationship of trust and proximity with her clients. She always ensures transparent communication with them in terms of the risks and opportunities related to the proceedings that they conduct together.

She is a member of the Steering Committee of IWIRC Europe, the European chapter of the International’s Women in Insolvency and Restructuring Confederation. She is also the Country Coordinator for Switzerland of INSOL Europe.
