Christine Lacku is an employment & labor partner in the New York office of Kirkland & Ellis LLP. Christine has diverse experience counseling public and private companies on issues related to federal, state and local labor and employment laws, including in the context of U.S. and multijurisdictional corporate transactions and restructurings; drafting of employment-related agreements, policies and procedures; employee terminations and reductions in force; WARN; restrictive covenants; wage and hour compliance; worker classification issues; harassment and discrimination; union issues; internal investigations; and the resolution of employment-related disputes.
